Luke Tench BA
Owner of Pure Broadcast / Technical Manager
Luke has extensive knowledge of live event production, having experience in lighting, sound and video. He has been working at festivals since 2012 where he started out as a sound technician before moving on to video production.
Luke relates well with camera operators on shoots due to his own experience of being a freelance camera operator at Glastonbury, Boardmasters and In it together festival. He also operates cameras on many pure broadcast events.
Since 2016 Luke has been the OB manager for the main stage at Teddy Rocks Festival. He has also organised the technical running of a nine-camera shoot of a Jools Holland gig at the BIC in Bournemouth.
In 2017 Luke graduated from Solent University with a BA Hons in Television and Video Production.
He continues to push the business both in technical ability and creative vision.
Adam Gonthier BA (FreeLance)
Vision Mixer / Live Director
Adam has been part of Pure Broadcast since the very beginning when we were known as Forum Films. He now works full time, as a freelancer in the live events industry, but still works for us on a freelance basis as our main live director. From touring with The Pet Shop Boys and Andrea Bocelli, to main screen operator at the Capital Jingle Bell Ball and even a Noel Gallagher gig, he has great experience and skill in this field.
In 2017 Adam graduated from Solent University with a First Class BA Hons in Television and Video Production.
Adam also takes on a big role at Teddy Rocks Festival as the Media Manger, of which Pure Broadcast. Providing a high quality multi-camera feed for the main stage and other filming around the site.
